Hey Koko's!  It's Friday and today marks the start of a VERY, crazy week for us.  Somehow, I over-committed. #howdidthathappen  My mantra is just to keep praying and asking God to give me the next best step in working through all the to do list items.  The mantra just because you could, doesn't mean you should has been running through my mind. #lessonlearned #hopefully

BUT enough of that, let's get to 5 Friday Favorites this week :).  Happy Friday Koko's.  You inspire me to keep on keeping on, no matter, what with a joyful, faith-filled life!

1 -- Cozy Wear

I am not sure what the weather is like where you are but the weather turned fall-like in a hurry here.  When you walk in from outside, our home feels so warm and cozy.  It's a favorite for sure.

I love dark evenings cuddling with my people at home and dreary days for wearing my favorite go to cozy clothes.  I shared my cozy outfit on Instagram the other day and everyone was asking questions so I thought I would share what I was wearing with you today.  I wear some variation of this every.single.day at some point.  #noshameinmycozygame

2 -- Pumpkin Parable

If you are getting ready to carve pumpkins, here is a simple way to share the gospel with your kids.  I love sharing the gospel with the kids in ways they can see, feel and relate to.  The pumpkin parable is simple and can be shared as you carve your pumpkins this year.  It's a fall favorite of mine.  I am so thankful for my redemption in Christ.

3 -- My most popular post ever

This post was a favorite this week.  To date, it is my most viewed post of all time.  When I wrote the post, I thought it was a great, encouraging story worth sharing but I had no idea it would hit home for so many.  If you haven't read it, you should.  Being a Cyclone is a favorite too!

I am finally jumping on the email subscription list train.  It was a goal of mine as I head into year 2.  I am excited to offer you a free prayer journal template for all those that sign up.  There will be exclusive content for email subscribers only and I have some fun content plan to wrap up 2017!  You can sign up here.

If you want to see what I keep hidden in my bathroom drawers and cabinets, you will want to check out the latest 10 on the 10th linkup.  We only have 4 towels in our bathroom and a fun outlet but you will have to read the article to find out more.  #teaser

Until next time, keep on keeping on with a joyful, faith-filled life.  #tribekoko

  1. I need some cooler temps, so we can comfortably break out our Fall clothes. It has been in the 80s here all week, and we are all ready for the temps to drop!! I'm totally jealous. :)

  2. I hate feeling over committed and it can happen so easily. So often I am quick to say "yes" and then later feel ran thin. I am so sorry friend! However, just know that you got whatever it is and things will slow down once more! I need to remember that mantra. I loved all of your posts this week (as always!). Have a wonderful weekend with your family.

  8. I checked out your link on The Pumpkin Parable. What a great book that would be! I like how it compares letting our light shine and the pumpkin guts to the things of Jesus.
