Rehearsal Day...Wedding Weekend Day 3

Tuesday, May 3, 2011
Friday (day 3) we started off our day with a little "girly-girl" time at the spa getting manicures and pedicres.  I haven't had one in forever and now that my belly is getting bigger, it is nice to have someone else paint my toes!  The boys hung out at the cabin and then had a man's lunch at the local Irish pub while we had a bridal luncheon at a cute little cafe.  We gave Angee her "emergency kit" all inside her very own monogrammed bag with her new initials...she was very excited!
Erin and Raquel soaking...
Next stop the rehearsal at the Crescent Hotel...
Best buds Solon and Lance - the ring bearers!
The wedding party - Grace (flower girl/Maid of Honor), Solon, and Lance
The Bride Angee and her Grandpa Shadow walking down the aisle (the only time she got to be outside - about 5 seconds after I took this it started to poor again)
Solon and daddy saying "cheese" and Nana, Papa, and Great-Grandma outside the Crescent Hotel (where the wedding was)
The Bride talking to a very shy Solon
Let's practice again (they did great - wish it had gone that well the next day).  Note the pacifier it was getting late for Solon at this point!  Almost bedtime...
The Bride and Groom took a practice run or two at their "first kiss"
After the Rehearsal at the hotel, Angee's family and all of us (16 total) came back to the cabin for the rehearsal dinner.  It was "fish" themed in honor of the groom Paul who loves to fish (that might be an understatement!). We had a yummy dinner of grilled steak and asparagus, baked potatoes, citrus salad, and chocolate cake and cheesecake for dessert.  We had a great time laughing and getting to know one another as the thunderstorm raged outside...
